The documents you need to keep safe for your grant
It’s very important that you keep copies of certain documents. You may need to refer to these documents throughout your grant as well as keep good records, which we may ask to see.
You should make sure you keep the following safe:
Grant offer letter
This is the letter which we send you out via Email, telling you that you have been successful in your application.
Grant Acceptance Agreement
This will come with your Grant Offer letter. You must sign this and return it to us before we can pay you your grant!
Terms & Conditions of your grant
These outline the rules of our grant;. You must agree to stick to these whilst the grant is in effect.
Documenting the difference you have made to those children
At the end of each year of your grant, we'll ask you to fill in a report telling us how it went. Make sure you keep all your monitoring and evaluation safe along the way.
Proof of what you have spent
As part of your report, we might ask you to submit evidence of what you spent. Keep your receipts and financial documents in case we ask for them.
HR and employment records
We might also ask for payslips or evidence for funded staff members. This includes sessional and part-time staff.
