A 5k run like no other, the Gung-Ho! course includes 10 giant inflatable obstacles to make this challenge unforgettable. The course is totally unique and though it’s a 5k with added oomph you don’t need to be an elite athlete to take part.

Terms and conditions

Application rules: (1) BBC Children in Need (“we”, “us”, “our”) has 240 free places to give away for Gung-Ho! events taking place from March to September 2018 across various locations in the UK (“the Event(s)”); (2) Applications will be accepted on a continuing basis from 6pm on 15/11/17 and places will be awarded  from the start date until all places have been allocated.  Unless all places have been allocated sooner, applications will finally close at 23:59pm on 31/01/18  (3) Places are awarded based on an applicant’s answers to questions that are marked on the application form as being used when assessing an application. (4) Applicants must be based in the UK and aged 17 or over.  Under 18’s must have parental consent. (5) To apply submit the relevant online application form on our website - by doing this you consent to us publishing your name and county if successful. Applicants can apply for one Event location only and only one application per person is permitted. (6) We will aim to contact applicants within 48 hours of their application if you have been successful. We will then follow up with an email with a unique link to the Event’s website for you to register your free place direct with Brown Bread Ltd. Failure to register within 7 days of receiving your unique link may result in the loss of the free place. We will not contact unsuccessful applicants. (7) Each Event is operated by Brown Bread Ltd and is subject to their terms and conditions – see for more information. We are not responsible or liable for any of the Events in any way or for any acts or omissions of Brow Bread Ltd or its website. (8) Applicants with disability or accessibility requirements must contact Brown Bread Ltd prior to submitting an application to assess the Event’s suitability. (9) Successful applicants must ensure that all sponsorship money received in connection with participation in their Event is paid to us within 3 months of the relevant Event. (10) A free place is in no way exchangeable for cash or any other item and must not be resold. (11) No additional fees, costs, travel, hospitality or expenses are provided or payable by us
