1. Notification Requirements 

1.1 As soon as a location has been selected, You shall notify the CiN Legal team of the details, together with contact details for the person at the location responsible for dealing with the location contract.  

1.2 At the end of this Booking You shall deposit all location photographs and location details with your BBC CiN booker or named contact. 

2. Intellectual Property 

2.1 Under the terms of this Booking You assign all intellectual property rights in the product of your services to BBC CiN.

3. Data Protection

3.1 All information, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, email address, photographs or any location recced, researched or used during this booking are confidential and are protected by Data Protection Laws.  

3.2 You shall use data in accordance with this Booking as set out in the overarching Terms and Conditions.
