Children are invited to join CBeebies Read and Rave live from the British Library to celebrate BBC Children in Need
Schools, nurseries and libraries across the UK are invited to take part in a special CBeebies celebration for BBC Children in Need.
On Friday 13 November, BBC Children in Need Appeal Day, young children across the country have the chance to join a CBeebies Read and Rave livestream from the British Library bringing together the magic of stories, songs and dancing in a nationwide celebration.
Hosted by CBeebies stars Nigel Clarke, Evie Pickerill and Dodge the Dog, the livestream will be available from 10.00am on the British Library website, with the main stage show beginning at 10.30am.
Joining the celebrations are special guests Hey Duggee and Pudsey, who will help bring the party atmosphere to life as little ones are encouraged to enjoy storytelling, sing along and rave CBeebies style.
Michael Rosen and Helen Oxenbury’s classic “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt” will be brought to life during the livestream.
Michael Rosen, who is attending the event in London, said: “Stories have a unique way of bringing children together, sparking imagination and creating joy. What better way to celebrate BBC Children in Need than with a CBeebies party that combines storytelling, music and fun for young audiences across the UK?”

The British Library is a space for readers of all ages and we look forward to hosting another joyful ‘CBeebies Read and Rave’ celebrating the magic of storytelling.’
