• BBC Children in Need will cover insurance costs up to £500 to allow the winner only to drive the car (Car Insurance).  The balance of any premiums above this amount must be paid by the winner.
• The winner is responsible for arranging their own Car Insurance and must provide evidence of the cover and cost, along with their bank details, to BBC Children in Need who will then reimburse the cost up to a maximum of £500. Car Insurance must be in place before BBC Children in Need can deliver the Car to the winner.
• BBC Children in Need, via its fulfilment partners, will fulfil the Car by no later than 30 May 2027.
• The Car will come with available restoration records. The winner will need to tax the vehicle upon receipt but may be able to apply to renew the Car’s historic vehicle registration meaning that there will be nothing to pay (subject to any changes in government tax policy).

AND

• A weekend Glamping Premium family pass for CarFest which will be held on the weekend of 27th to 29th August 2027 at Silverstone (the CarFest Pass).
• The CarFest Pass is a family pass and will be for the winner and three guests (2 adult tickets and 2 child tickets for children aged 6-16) to attend CarFest 2027 on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This includes onsite Glamping and premium festivities for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• The CarFest Pass does not include travel insurance, the cost of travel to and from CarFest and/or any food, drink, spending money or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner (and their guests). There is free car parking available at the festival site.
• If the winner and/or their guests (if applicable) have any health or accessibility requirements, these need to be disclosed to BBC Children in Need and CarFest. In order to fully experience the prize that includes experiences or ticketed events, there may be some security and Health & Safety requirements imposed by CarFest.
