Ways to pay

Bank Transfers

To pay in your fundraising, you can find the bank details on the correlating invoice. Alternatively, please contact your Account Manager who will be able to send these to you. Please ensure that your fundraising payment has completed by 30th June, or by the dates agreed in the payment schedule in the CPA.

Payroll Giving

Using a Payroll Giving Scheme is a great way to show commitment to your employees by supporting great causes your staff care about. We can work with you to set up a Payroll Giving scheme to boost your Corporate Social Responsibility profile by showcasing your support for BBC Children in Need – it is very simple to set up and run. Email [email protected] for more information.

As an extra incentive for your employees, you could even match fund the total amount donated in any given period, or incentives your employees by donating a set amount, such as £5, for every person who sets up payroll giving this month!

Comms Tips:

  • Include payroll giving information in your staff welcome packs
  • Make the information easily accessible and add payroll giving information to your intranet
  • Add a link in your finance or HR teams email signature
  • Incentivise your employees and match donations or create a monthly incentive
  • Celebrate your employees’ contributions!

Payroll Giving Stats

  • £2 per month pays for a hygiene pack for a 10-year-old affected by poverty providing them with toothpaste and body wash supporting them to feel more confident.
  • £5 per month pays for travel to a support session for a 17-year-old experiencing challenges related to gender identity, strengthening their emotional wellbeing and helping them to develop friendships.
  • £10 pays for a 1:1 session with a mentor for a 10-year-old with Sickle Cell helping her to manage and understand her feelings, to feel less anxious and to build confidence.
