Schools Campaign FAQ 2021

Whatever it is you need to know, in this section you’ll find useful information about our 2021 Schools Campaign.

  • Where is my Pudsey Merchandise?

Global shipping delays and UK haulage problems have impacted our order processing this year. This means we are waiting a little longer than anticipated for merchandise to arrive. We still expect all merchandise to arrive into our warehouse by the end of October, which means your stock will arrive in time for fundraising activities during week commencing 15th November.

  • I ordered a Rubiks Cube but it hasn’t arrived?

Unfortunately, due to global shipping delays, the Rubiks cube won’t be available in time for our charity Appeal this year. We know how disappointing this will be, and we’re pretty sad about it too.

  1. If you have already made an order for the Rubiks cube, we will soon be refunding your order via the same method of original payment (cheque or card). We will only be refunding P&P costs for orders that were for Rubik’s cubes only. If you have paid via cheque you should receive your cheque within the next 2 weeks, but if for any reason it hasn’t arrived by then, please email our supporter care team at [email protected] who will be happy to help you.
  2. For any schools that have had their Rubiks cube order cancelled, a package of free Pudsey goodies will be sent to you. It’s our small way of saying sorry, so please keep your eyes peeled!
  • Can I still order Pudsey Merchandise for the 2021 Appeal?

Yes, you can order all our Pudsey Merchandise from our online store here.

Any new school orders will be fulfilled on standard delivery of 5-7 days as we can’t guarantee express/nominated dates at present.

  • How does my school collect cashless donations?

There are loads of ways to go cashless this year. Check out or cashless ways to pay page here.

  • How do I set up a JustGiving page?

Or simply get in touch with our friendly supporter care team who will be happy to help you, by emailing [email protected]
