BBC Children in Need Terms and Conditions Joe Wicks Schools Tour 2022

  1. The prize draw is open to all primary schools in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except anyone closely connected with the prize draw. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The prize is one visit to each winning school by Joe Wicks, who will run a work-out activity, on behalf of BBC Children in Need. There will be total of x5 winning visits to be won.
  3. No payment, purchase or investment is necessary to be eligible to enter the prize draw. To enter, you must complete the schools fundraising pack order form online, selecting ‘primary school’, at www.bbcchildreninneed.co.uk/schools. There is no other method of entry.
  4. Entries open on Monday 28st of June 2021 and close on Friday 24th of September 2021. All entries and pack orders must be received by midnight on the closing date of Friday 24th of September 2021.
  5. Only one entry per primary school will be allowed: only the first entry will be considered, with all future entries subsequently discounted. Entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw.
  6. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw. BBC Children in Need will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
  7. Unclear entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. Acceptance of an entry is subject to BBC Children in Need’s reasonable discretion and BBC Children in Need reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  8. Within five working days after the closing date the winners of this prize draw will be drawn at random by BBC Children in Need from all valid entries received. The winners will be randomly selected using a number generator and this will be completely independent and unbiased. BBC Children in Need’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. The first five valid entries to be drawn will win the prizes.
  9. The Joe Wicks Schools Tour visit will be managed by BBC Children in Need or a BBC Children in Need supplier. All visits will take place between March 2022 and June 2022 . Exact dates will be confirmed once winners have been selected in September 2021, and each visit will be on the specific date notified by BBC Children in Need according to the planned route the tour will take.
  10. The winners will be contacted by phone and/or email. BBC Children in Need, or a partner acting on our behalf, will endeavour to notify the winners within five working days of the prize draw taking place. If, after reasonable attempt, a winner cannot be contacted, or a winner refuses or is unable to host the Joe Wicks School Tour visit on the specified day of the planned route, BBC Children in Need reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected primary school that entered the prize draw.
  11. Entrant’s data may be shared with third parties for the purpose of prize fulfilment only. BBC Children in Need must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation BBC Children in Need will publicise the name, primary school and county of the winner. If you object to any or all of your name, primary school or county being published, please contact BBC Children in Need at [email protected] In such circumstances, BBC Children in Need must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request
  12. The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative or replacement. BBC Children in Need reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond its control.
  13. The prize is not transferable.
  14. This prize draw is promoted by BBC Children in Need, registered charity 802052 (England & Wales) and SC039557 (Scotland). Our address is Bridge House, Media City UK, Salford, M50 2BH. The applicable law is that of England and Wales.
