JOIN IN WITH RUNPUDSEY!

runPudsey is a fun way to get your schoolchildren moving and raising money for BBC Children in Need, brought to you by Enterprise. It doesn’t matter how your young people take part – they can run, cycle, swim or do an activity in PE, as long as they are having fun and challenging themselves.
You can run the event in your PE classes or as a whole school and you set the activity so you can tailor it to your student’s needs. The best thing about runPudsey is you choose! Why not run your challenge or save the last part of your challenge until Appeal Day?
Every child will receive a certificate, and if they raise over £10, they will also receive this year’s exclusive runPudsey 2022 medal!
How to take part!
Step 1
Register
Visit runPudsey.co.uk and register as a school. You will need a copy of your school logo to add so you can personalise your school page and your school URN from the .gov website. If you use your sch.uk email, you will be automatically accepted; if you use another email, it may take up to 24 hours to verify you. You will then receive a unique school code & unique link to share with parents.
Step 2
Share the sign ups
Share your new school registration page with parents so they can sign up for their children to take part. Be sure to send them your unique school code. When they signup they will be given an individual fundraising page.
Why not send out a weekly reminder in your newsletter for signups and to encourage people to get sponsored?
Step 3
Log in
When you log in using your teacher details, you will be able to see all the children taking part so you can ensure they all take part in the challenge.
Step 4
Run your challenge!
Get your students together at the time of your choice and take part in the activities. Dress up, decorate, go wild and have fun!
Step 5
Get your medals and certificates!
The runPudsey team will calculate the correct number of medals for each school and send them directly to you. (Please let parents know that medals will be sent to the school so that you can hold a celebration of achievement, and medals cannot be sent to individual homes.)
