We’ve got a variety of easy and secure ways to collect your fundraising donations! Check out all the different options below to see which will work’s best for your fundraising plans.
However you chose to collect your fundraising money, every penny will make a huge different to the lives of children and young people across the UK.
FUNDRAISE WITH JUSTGIVING
It’s super easy to collect fundraising money with a JustGiving page – you can easily keep track of donations, and collect the money you raise without handling cash.
Send your page out to loved ones, colleagues and on social media to hit your target!

PAY IN YOUR FUNDRAISING ONLINE
Pay in your fundraising directly online to BBC Children in Need. Just select the ‘Pay in your fundraising’ tab.
PAY IN CASH AT THE POST OFFICE
If your fundraising activity included collecting cash or coins, you can pay this in at the Post Office, our cash collection partner!
Just take your schools fundraising along to your local Post Office branch, ask to pay your fundraising in for BBC Children in Need and you can pay in with cash, card or cheque. The Post Office team will guide you through the rest!

PAYING VIA CHEQUE/POST:
The safest way make a donation or pay in your fundraising is through our online mechanics. Please do not send cash by post.
If you wish to send a cheque, postal order or CAF voucher made payable to ‘BBC Children in Need’ you can do so through the following address:

Please be aware we have seen instances of cheque fraud and encourage our supporters to donate via online mechanics.
If you do wish to donate via cheque, please consider the following guidance:
- Banks recommend that cheques should be written using indelible ink such as a ballpoint pen and that a line should be drawn through all unused spaces. Banks also recommend that when filling in a cheque individuals should aim to fill the whole cheque, writing from the very left in large text.
- Banks advise to never to leave a space between the “£” and amount total.
- Bank statements should be monitored to keep track of cheque payments.
- If a supporter notices a transaction on their account that they do not recognise we advise them to contact their bank immediately and report the case to the police through Action Fraud by calling 0300 123 2040 or via actionfraud.police.uk.
