Take the time to share your favourite memories of the year with this easy paper bauble craft. Reminiscing on shared experiences is a great way to build positive relationships and strengthen connections. Add photos, memories and festive paper, then hang on your Christmas tree to display your memories for everyone to see.

What you will need:

• 1-2 pages of coloured and patterned paper
• Printed photos from the last year (have fun choosing which ones together!)
• A cup or glass
• A pencil
• A pen
• Scissors
• A glue stick
• A length of ribbon

How to do it:

1. Using the cup/glass as a guide, draw circles onto the coloured paper, patterned paper and printed photos. You will need eight circles in total.
2. Cut out the circles.
3. Fold all the circles in half, keeping the photos, memories and patterned paper on the inside of the folds.
4. Glue half the folded paper halves together, alternating between patterned paper, memories and photos. Glue the other half of the folded halves together. You should now have two sets of glued paper pieces.
5. Cut the ribbon to your desired length.
6. Use the glue to attach the ribbon along the centreline of one of the folded paper pieces.
7. Glue the two paper pieces together over the central ribbon and leave to dry.
8. On the plain circles, you can even write your favourite memories from the year or your favourite things about the experiences you had in the photos. Have fun remembering and connecting over these shared memories together.
9. Hang on your Christmas tree to share your memories with everyone who comes to visit.
