12-year-old Saul has a rare form of dwarfism called Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia which affects his vision and ability to walk. He’ll be taking part in this year’s Countryfile Ramble for BBC Children in Need.

Saul, a wheelchair user, loves outdoor activities and going to the beach, he is supported by the Mae Murray Foundation, an organisation who create opportunities for young people of all abilities to take part and have fun.
