BBC Children in Need Pudsey Pack Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 2021

The prize draw is open to all early years schools, including nurseries and primary schools with nursery classes (an “Early Years School”) in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except anyone closely connected with the prize draw or any BBC Children in Need employees or relatives. Entrants must be authorised by the Early Years School to enter and be 18 or over. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
There is 1 main prize which consists of 1 x Plush bundle, 1 x Wall Sticker, 1 x Blanket (Dreamtex), 1 x Skateboarding Bing, 1 x Giant Floor Puzzle, 1 x Big Bing Book, 1 x Doctor Bing Book, 1 x Bing and the Fire Engine Book. There will also be 30 runner up prizes. Each runner up prize will consist of x1 Doctor Bing Book and x 1 Bing and the Fire Engine Book. There will be total of 1 main prize and 30 runner up prizes to be won.
No payment, purchase or investment is necessary to be eligible to enter the prize draw. To enter, you must complete the schools fundraising pack order form online, selecting ‘nursery or pre-school’, at bbcchildreninneed.co.uk/schools. There is no other method of entry.
Entries open on Monday 28^th of June 2021 and close on Friday 24^th of September 2021. All entries and pack orders must be received by midnight on the closing date of Friday 24^th of September 2021.
Only one entry per Early Years School will be allowed: only the first entry will be considered, with all future entries subsequently discounted. Entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw. BBC Children in Need will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
Unclear entries will not be eligible for the prize draw and acceptance of an entry is subject to BBC Children in Need’s reasonable discretion.
Within five working days after the closing date the winners of this prize draw will be drawn at random by BBC Children in Need from all valid entries received. The winners will be randomly selected using a number generator and this will be completely independent and unbiased. BBC Children in Need’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. The first valid entry to be drawn will win the main prize and the next 30 valid entries will each win a runner up prize.
The winners will be contacted by phone and/or email. BBC Children in Need will endeavour to notify the winners within five working days of the prize draw taking place. If, after reasonable attempt, a winner cannot be contacted, or a winner refuses the prize for any reason, BBC Children in Need reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected Early Years School that entered the prize draw.
Entrant’s data may be shared with our fulfilment partner Multi Resource Marketing Ltd and other third parties we use for the purpose of prize fulfilment only. By entering the prize draw you agree that, if you win, BBC Children in Need may publicise the name of the entrant, the Early Years School name and county. If you object to any or all of your name, Early Years School name or county being published, please contact BBC Children in Need at [email protected] In such circumstances, BBC Children in Need must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The prize will be sent to the Early Years School at its registered/official address. The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative or replacement.
The prize is not transferable.
