Cardiff City Football Club Foundation “uses the power of sport to change lives”. Meet Josh, whose position as Disability and Health Co-Ordinator we fund.

Well, a lot of them say they can't do this, they can't do that- but we're here to tell them they can this and actually you can do that.

The project uses football sessions across numerous impairment-specific groups to help the young people become more active, have fun, and better express themselves. Some of the groups that attend have included physical disabilities (and rather genius idea involving cut up tyres to super-charge wheelchairs and make them sport-ready), as well as holding sessions for those with Down’s Syndrome, learning disabilities and hearing impairments.
