These events have been organised by the organisations named below, and aren’t organised or sponsored by Countryfile or BBC Children in Need. This means that the organiser is responsible for compliance with the laws and safety of fellow ramblers.
Sunday 27th October
10am
Wilne Lane, Derby, DE72 2HA
As you drive through Shardlow on the A6 locate the Navigation Pub. Turn into the road beside here (Wilne Lane). A free car park is along here on the right (DE72 2HA). We will meet you here to register you and give you your clue sheets.
Join us for our yearly fundraiser for BBC Children in Need.
The murder mystery trail takes you through and around the village of Shardlow. One section of the walk is along a canal towpath which can be muddy at times – appropriate walking footwear is advisable.
Entry: It will cost £10 per team (up to 4 people per team) – all correct answers (correct weapon and killer) will be put in a draw to win a BBC Children in Need hamper!
It will take approximately 2 hrs and you will be walking for 2 miles as long as you don’t get lost or stop at the pubs along the way 😉
Dogs welcome and it’s easily accessible for prams
