Pudsey Picnic Hamper 2017

(Nurseries & Pre-schools)

1) The prize draw is open to all members of staff at a nursery or pre-school establishment in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except anyone closely connected with the competition. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
 
2) Entrants are entering the prize draw to win a prize for their educational establishment.  The prize is a ‘Pudsey Picnic Hamper’ containing x1 large Pudsey plush bear, x1 food voucher worth £50, x30 small Pudsey plush bears, x40 Pudsey ears, x40 wristbands, x1 Pudsey Moneybox, x40 spotty popcorn holders, x1 pack of 30 spotty wall stickers, x40 paper plates, x40 spotty napkins, x20 spotty balloons, x1 large tablecloth, x2 packs of spotty bunting, x40 spotty lunch containers, x40 spotacular stickers and Pudsey Picnic posters. The items will be delivered in a large wicker basket. The kit will also contain a covering letter outlining what you can do with your hamper.
 
3) No payment or investment is necessary to be eligible to enter the prize draw. To enter, you must complete the schools fundraising pack order form online, selecting ‘nursery or pre-school’ for education level, and opt-in to hearing from BBC Children in Need. Only one form of opt-in is required for entry (email, phone or post). Opting in to more than one type of communication will not increase the number of entries.
 
4) You can enter online at [www.bbcchildreninneed.co.uk/schools/fundraisingkit or www.bbcchildreninneed.co.uk/schools/scotland/fundraisingkit]. There is no other method of entry.
 
5) Entries open on Monday 12 June 2017. All entries must be received by midnight on the closing date of 15 September 2017.
 
6) Only one entry per school/establishment will be allowed: only the first entry will be considered, with all future entries subsequently discounted. Entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw.
 
7) Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw. BBC Children in Need will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
 
8) Unclear entries may not be eligible for the prize draw and acceptance of an entry is subject to BBC Children in Need’s reasonable discretion.
 
9) Within 7 days after the closing date, the winners of this prize draw will be drawn at random by BBC Children in Need from all entries received.  The winners are randomly selected using a number generator and is completely independent and unbiased. BBC Children in Need’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
10) In total, there will be 50 winners.  The winners will be contacted via email, using the details supplied on the fundraising kit order form. BBC Children in Need, or a partner acting on our behalf, will endeavour to notify the winners within 14 days of the prize draw taking place. If, after reasonable attempt, a winner cannot be contacted, BBC Children in Need reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected school/educational establishment that entered the prize draw.
 
1) All prizes will be delivered to the winning school/educational establishments’ addresses; no personal addresses will be accepted.

12) Entrant’s data may be shared with Lloyds Banking Group and National Schools Partnership for the purpose of prize fulfilment.  By entering the prize draw you agree that Lloyds Banking Group, National Schools Partnership and BBC Children in Need may publicise the name, school and county of the winner.
 
13) The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative or replacement.
 
14) The prize is not transferable.
 
15) This prize draw is promoted by BBC Children in Need, registered charity 802052 (England & Wales) and SC039557 (Scotland). Our address is Bridge House, Media City UK, Salford, M50 2BH. The applicable law is that of England and Wales.
 

Pudsey Roadshow 2017

(Primary schools & special educational needs establishments)


1. The prize draw is open to all members of staff at a primary school or special educational needs establishment in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except anyone closely connected with the prize draw. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. The prize is one visit to each winning school by Pudsey Bear, plus a Spotacular celebration kit. There will be total of 20 prizes to be won which will be allocated as follows: 10 in England, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, 5 in Scotland, 2 in Northern Ireland and 3 in Wales.

3. No payment or investment is necessary to be eligible to enter the prize draw. To enter, you must complete the schools fundraising pack order form online, selecting ‘primary school’ or ‘special educational needs establishment’ at education level, and opt-in to hearing from BBC Children in Need. Only one form of opt-in is required for entry (email, phone or post). Opting in to more than one type of communication will not increase the number of entries.

10. The Pudsey Bear visit will be managed BBC Children in Need.  The Pudsey Roadshow will take place from 2 October 2017 to 3 November 2017.  All visits must take place within the roadshow dates above and according to the pre-planned route the Pudsey Roadshow will take. All Spotacular kits will be delivered to the winning school/educational establishments’ addresses; no personal addresses will be accepted.

11. The winners will be contacted by phone. BBC Children in Need, or a partner acting on our behalf, will endeavour to notify the winners within seven days of the prize draw taking place. If, after reasonable attempt, a winner cannot be contacted, or a winner refuses or is unable to host the visit on the specified day of the pre-planned route, BBC Children in Need reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected school that entered the prize draw.

BBC Children in Need Media Workshop 2017

(Secondary schools, colleges and universities)

 1) The prize draw is open to all members of staff at a secondary school, college or university in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except anyone closely connected with the competition. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
 
2) The prize is one visit to each winning school by BBC Children in Need to deliver a media workshop (with the maximum capacity of 30 students) and a Spotacular celebration kit. There will be total of 10 prizes to be won which will be allocated as follows: 5 in England, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, 2 in Scotland, 1 in Northern Ireland and 2 in Wales.
 
3) No payment or investment is necessary to be eligible to enter the prize draw. To enter, you must complete the schools fundraising pack order form online, selecting either ‘secondary school’, ‘college’ or ‘university’ for education level and opt-in to hearing from BBC Children in Need. Only one form of opt-in is required for entry (email, phone or post). Opting in to more than one type of communication will not increase chances of entry.
