Terms and Conditions

Application rules: (1) BBC Children in Need (“we”, “us”, “our”) has 15 free places to give away for Skyline Events’ London to Brighton Cycle Ride on 17/09/17 (“the Event”); (2) Applications will be accepted from 5pm on 31/03/17.  We will review applications and award places every 2 weeks from the start date until all places have been allocated.  Unless all places have been allocated sooner, applications will finally close at 23:59pm on 01/08/17. (3) Places are awarded based on an applicant’s answers to questions that are marked on the application form as being used when assessing an application. (4) Applicants must be based in the UK and aged 16 or over.  Under 18’s must have parental consent. (5) To apply submit the relevant online application form on our website - by doing this you consent to us publishing your name and county if successful. Only one application per person is permitted. (6) Successful applicants will be emailed within 7 days of the closing date with a unique link to the Event’s website to register their free place direct with Skyline Events. Failure to register within 14 days of receiving your unique link may result in the loss of the free place. (7) The Event is operated by Skyline Promotions Ltd trading as Skyline Events and is subject to their terms and conditions - see skylineevents.co.uk for more information. We are not responsible or liable for the Event in any way or for any acts or omissions of Skyline Promotions Ltd or its website. (8) Applicants with disability or accessibility requirements must contact the Event organiser prior to submitting an application to assess the Event’s suitability. (9) Successful applicants must ensure that all sponsorship money received in connection with participation in the Event is paid to us within 3 months of the Event. (10) A free place is in no way exchangeable for cash or any other item and must not be resold. (11) No additional fees, costs, travel, hospitality or expenses are provided or payable by us.
