Act Your Age challenge

This year, we’re asking you to take your age and do something good with it.

Simply take your age, the combined age of your friends, family and workmates, or the age of something or someone special, and turn it into a fundraiser. It could be the distance you cover, the duration you do it for, the number of things you do or your sponsorship target.

Taking on a challenge is a brilliant way to get outdoors and feel good. Whether you take on a solo challenge, get involved as a socially distanced or virtual group, or challenge your support bubble, you’ll be helping to change young lives across the UK.

With free resources to download, a link to set up your online fundraising page and some inspiring fundraising stories, we’ve got everything you need below.

And if the restrictions this year make it difficult for you to get involved, why not donate your age instead?
